Team Lead backend

Our project started six years ago, and now we are a strong company that has created a mod product that is successfully developing and selling. The development team has tripled in the last 2 years and now we need a strong Team leader for the largest development department.

Your area of responsibility:

• Highly loaded portal (operability).
• New functionality (development and delivery).
• Architecture (development).
• Team (management).

You will do:

• Analysis of new requirements/estimation of deadlines for their implementation
• Functionality implementation
• Performance optimization
• Data caching
• Refactoring
• SQL query optimization
• Automation
• Stability support
• Code review and MR
• Document creation

• Experience with or development of highly loaded systems (from 3 years)
• Background in development on the specified technology stack
• Ambition to develop/improve oneself and help the company in this
• Open-mindedness/readiness for changes/responsiveness
• Stack: Python (synchronous and asynchronous) / Pyramid / AIOHttp / SQLAlchemy / Redis / Docker / Pytest / Alembic / PostgreSQL / Vue.js
• Knowledge of FastAPI will be an advantage  (transition to it is planned)
