Role Description

  • We are an accredited IT company.
  • We have a ready-made product, which is used by large FMCG companies in Russia, the CIS and Southeast Asia.
  • Our multinational team successfully works remotely in several time zones.
  • Motivation “without a ceiling” is the principle of the founder of the company.

We need a sales monster, a fearless charismatic, eager to make money selling an innovative product. A product that significantly saves customers’ costs and

increases the transparency of employees’ activities “in the fields”. It is not necessary to respond to those who have a request for income less than $ 5,000, we have a different level of sales. And if you are not ready for the full sales cycle: from customer research to negotiations at the level of top managers, you don’t have to read further.


  • Entering potential customers (without cold search!!).
  • Sales of our company’s product and services by AI, SFA solutions.
  • C-level interaction on the client side.
  • Creation of commercial offers (with the support and active assistance of senior team members).
  • Making presentations (to help the product manager) and introducing customers to the demo version of the product.


  • Sales experience of at least 2 years (priority for those who have been in IT or FMCG companies).
  • The ability to search for / extract information, establish contacts, build relationships.
  • Really good negotiation skills (C-level).
  • The ability to work both “in the fields” with the client and in an online format.
  • Result orientation and continuous development.


  • Transparent bonus system (significant fix + monthly bonus payment).
  • Motivation is “without a ceiling” (this rarely happens, and we have no limit to increase income).
  • Flexible schedule (the main thing is the result and productive interaction with the team).
